Sweet Charlie’s is my favorite place whenever I’m craving something sweet! What I love most is that they offer vegan and vegetarian options, so I never have to worry about finding something I can enjoy. Their ice cream, frozen yogurt,shakes, and rolled ice cream are always fresh, and they have a great variety of flavors, including delicious Indian-inspired options. As a pure vegetarian, I’m always careful about where I eat in New York, but Sweet Charlie’s is one place I can visit without any hesitation. It’s become my comfort spot for desserts, and I often bring my guests here because I know they’ll love it too. Thank you for consistently serving such delicious treats and making everyone feel welcome!

I came in on Monday to get some ice cream, and overall, I had a mixed experience. The teenager working behind the counter was very welcoming, polite, and friendly. Despite the number of orders he seemed to be handling, he still made sure to greet me and acknowledge me when I walked in. He appeared to be working diligently and doing his best to keep up with everything, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, they were out of frozen yogurt when I visited, so I decided to try the premium ice cream instead. The ice cream itself was very good, with a rich flavor and smooth texture, so I was happy with that part of my order. However, the waffle I had tasted prepackaged rather than freshly made. Based on the photos, I was expecting something that looked and tasted fresher, so that was disappointing. The main issue was the cleanliness of the bathroom. It was beyond nasty and looked like it had not been properly cleaned in quite some time. That took away from the overall experience. The inside of the shop was also a little hot, which made it somewhat uncomfortable to sit and enjoy the ice cream. Attn Mgmt: your location opened late today. Not only was your employee late (1:12pm) She was rude, never once greeted us, we patiently waited for her to set up the tables outside & open her ingredients. Eventually we had to ask for service.Working with headphones on. Never looked up or smiled. She looks miserable. I won't be coming back. I won't recommend anyone to this sweet Charlie's location either.

Waste of time. I was so excited to go but as soon as I walk in, I walk into a line. There was no distinction whether that was the line where you paid or you ordered or if people were waiting for their order. There was no staff to ask because there was literally one person doing everything. Since there was only one person, I was being patient and I didn't want to rush or make her job more difficult. But she was moving at a snail's pace and she was talking to people she knew in the line. After 20 minutes on the line and no one being served, I just walked out. Never coming back

This is so amazing. Love the options and u can even build ur own. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Always clean. Family and kids friendly. Quick with service.
